Whether you're floating in the pool, enjoying morning coffee on the patio, or ending the evening under the stars, The Reef Reserve was designed to be the beach getaway you'll want to return to year after year.
PETS:
The home is dog friendly only - up to 1 adult, house-trained dog weighing no more than 50lbs (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $300 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE (cancel for any reason). Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Remember, we don't charge extra for sunshine or refund for rain. However, we do stick to our cancellation policy regardless of reason (protect your vacation investment!). Please note, requests to change booked dates will be subject to our cancellation policy.
PARKING:
3-4 vehicle max - parking is permitted only in front of house in the gravel driveway. Absolutely no parking under the home, in front of our neighbors OR in an area that blocks our neighbors from accessing their homes.
THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping, e-cigs, and/or hookah).
The home has 2 ring cameras - in the main entry way under the house overlooking the front door and parking area, and a camera overlooking the pool gate - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering (covering, unplugging, etc.) with any camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
WEATHER RELATED REFUNDS:
We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Protect your trip and purchase trip insurance (cancel for any reason) at the time of booking
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement.
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $1,000 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.
No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
