"Kate's place was exactly as described in photos and description. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. The 6 passenger golf cart (LSV) was a blast to drive around to the beach, restaurants and just exploring around. Kate was very responsive to the couple of questions I had and was very accommodating.
The rental was basically turnkey. Bring your luggage in and it has everything you need for a great vacation. The big chill across the street is a big plus, especially if you come with children.
We definitely would rent again!!!"

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

IMPORTANT:


This is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 23 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 2 ring cameras - one at the front door, one at the garage - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

WEATHER RELATED REFUNDS:


We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:


The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:

Must sign rental agreement.

Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.

Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You must be 23YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.

No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
