Inside the House

This beautiful single-family home is located on the west-end of Mexico Beach. A quick walk and you're on the white-sand shores of the Forgotten Coast. This spacious end-unit is 3 bed/2.5 bath that is fully furnished and stocked for up to 10 people. It features lovely gulf and canal views from the three covered porches, community pool & hot tub, foosball, and much more.

Not to mention we are dog friendly! Bring up to 2 of your fur-babies and enjoy an amazing beach vacation!

Outdoor Space

‘Sunburnt Sunset’ is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach. A few great dining options are within walking distance; Mango Marley’s, Caribbean Coffee, Crazy Beach Pizza, and Shell Shack.

Garage features space for car or hang-out spot, garage refrigerator, back porch + chairs + grill, outdoor shower, second story balcony in the front with ocean views and one in the back overlooking the canal with patio furniture.

"We couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Zach was a wonderful host, very attentive/helpful/quick responding. The house was beautiful, very clean, private, and filled with everything we needed. We really appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach wagon, and sand toys. The short walk to the beach was very easy, even with 3 small kids. The beach was AMAZING! Literally no one on the beach-white sand & beautiful weather. We were slightly concerned booking a place right next to Mango Marleys (wasn’t sure if it was a loud bar etc) but it wasn’t at all & was actually very family friendly. We could walk a couple blocks for ice cream, coffee, small shopping. The stay was peaceful and just what our family needed. Our only regret is not booking this place for a longer stay- hope to return next year! Would highly recommend."

The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles, one inside the garage and the other on the side of the garage. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 2 ring cameras - one at the garage door and one at the front door - both devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
