To ensure your stay is convenient and hassle-free, the cabin is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. From linens and towels to kitchen essentials and a coffee/tea bar, everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

All TVs are ROKU TVs equipped with ability to stream your personal favorites by using your own logins.

PLEASE NOTE:

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make and need to cancel.

The home is located directly off of a main road, and some road noise may be heard at times specifically when outside.

We provide the essentials for every stay (hand + dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper). However, depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

PARKING:

Two to three full size vehicles will fit in the private driveway

ACCESS:

The front door has an electronic keypad for contactless check in. All access codes will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival unless it is same-day check in.

GETTING THERE:

The home is easily accessible due to its location. All roads immediately surrounding the home are paved, relatively flat, and maintained through various weather events that may occur.

CRITTERS:

There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear, please do not feed or try to approach it.

IMPORTANT:

The home is directly located off of a main road so some road noise may be heard when entering/exiting the home and also from the deck/hot tub area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

*Must sign a rental agreement

*Must upload copy of government issued ID.

**The name on the reservation must match the government issued ID and name on the credit card. If it is does not, it will be flagged as fraudulent and/or a 3rd party booking resulting in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

If either the rental agreement and/or security deposit are not received, your reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed.

NO MORE THAN TOTAL # LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED ONSITE AND/OR IN THE HOME AT ANY POINT IN TIME.

No reckless, unsafe, inappropriate, obscene, loud, illegal and/or any other undesired behavior is permitted. Any indications and/or reports of such behavior will result in immediate cancellation and eviction with forfeiture of all funds paid, including the security deposit.

For your safety, please do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

SECURITY/CAMERA:

There are TWO ring cameras - located at the front door and back door facing the stairs to the deck - both for check in/check out and security purposes. Both cameras have video/photo/recording capabilities. Do not tamper with (cover, unplug, etc.) the cameras.

DOGS ALLOWED:

This cabin is pet friendly with a $150 per dog, per stay pet fee. Please note, a maximum of 2 dogs weighing less than 50lbs (unless owner approval is obtained BEFORE booking) are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and should be crated when left alone in the house.

This is a SMOKE FREE Cabin and Premises for safety reasons. If you smoke inside the cabin or on the property, you will be charged $250, plus the additional cleaning fee, as well as for any additional damages.

NOTE: We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless it is a true emergency. Only after you depart.

No late check-out or early check-in. Our team is amazing and runs on a tight schedule. Checking out late or arriving early impacts their ability to turn the cabin for you or the next guests. Please be respectful of their time and ensure an on-time departure. (Please note, failure to vacate the property by 10AM departure day will result in a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10AM).

DO NOT leave any food items in your vehicle or outside.

Always LOCK your car doors and the entrance door to the cabin to deter any bears from having a goldilocks moment. Bears CAN open car doors and doors into the cabin if not locked.

Refunds are not provided for inclement weather and/or occurrences outside of our control (internet/cable outage, hot tub issue, etc.). Trip insurance is highly encouraged.
