"We found this spot on a last minute search for a beach getaway and it was perfect. The house felt brand new and the location was outstanding. Even on Memorial Day, Mexico Beach felt still tucked away.
The backyard with the pool and the chipping/putting green could have kept my kids occupied for months. The short walk to the beach was simple and was made even simpler by the beach gear (chairs/wagon/etc) being available to use! The pickleball courts and basketball courts are right across the street and add to the whole fun experience.
Kate and Phillip were so responsive on the couple of questions we had and they went out of their way to make this stay a good one.
So grateful to be able to get away at the perfect place for our family of 6 (plus a friend). If this one is available for the time frame you’re looking in, do it! We will be back!"

HOUSE DETAILS

THE POOL


The private pool features a shallow and deep end and can be heated year-round for an additional fee ($60/day, applied to the full stay and collected after booking). The pool must be heated for your entire stay, and the fee is collected after booking. Swim at your own risk - there is no lifeguard on duty.

DOGS

DOGS are welcome! The home is dog friendly only - no more than 1 adult, well-groomed house trained dog weighing no more than 50lbs. Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $300 pet fee is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, potty pads are not permitted in our home and the dog must be crated anytime the owner is not present. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.*

BEACH GEAR

Beach gear is included—beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels—so you can pack light and maximize your time in the sun.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy, regardless of reason. Protect your vacation investment with trip insurance - we cannot be your financial heroes if something happens and you are unable to make the trip.

PARKING:


2-3 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted directly in front of house in the driveway
Up to a 25ft boat could be accommodated (please confirm with owner first)
No trailers or campers may be parked onsite
No parking on the grass
No street parking

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) -
this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

*IMPORTANT*
this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, one at the side of the house overlooking the putting green, and one overlooking the backyard entrance to the house - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

WEATHER RELATED REFUNDS:


We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:


The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:

Must sign rental agreement.

Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.

Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.

No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
