WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING!

What a fabulous trip we just had!!! The home was absolutely beautiful and the view and location were perfect!
We had 2 families with children and our dog with us and we could’ve fit more and still have plenty of privacy. The layout of the bedrooms are fabulous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked 5 out of 7 nights. The amenities that the house has as well as the attention to detail couldn’t have been better. They have full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, lotions, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, commercial size ice machine outside, fully stocked beach gear for several people, huge hot tub, etc, etc. The beds in every single room were so comfortable we asked the owners where they got their sheets.
The owners are super fast to respond with any questions and recommendations! It was truly the most relaxing and fabulous trip for our group.

We will 100% rent this home again and look forward to many more memories there!

We provide a ton of beach necessities - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. BYO fishing poles, floats, etc.

Pool heating available year-round for $75/day (must heat for entire stay). The pool will be heated to 85 degrees - just let us know when booking and we'll handle the rest! Pool heat fee is collected separately after you book.

PETS:


The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $300 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs will absolutely be considered - just reach out to us before booking to confirm!

TRAVEL INSURANCE:


We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE (cancel for any reason). Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Remember, we don't charge extra for sunshine or refund for rain. However, we do stick to our cancellation policy regardless of reason (protect your vacation investment!).

PARKING:


3-4 mid size vehicle max - parking is permitted only in front of house OR in the overflow parking area. Please note, this is a first come, first serve parking area that is shared with the 2 neighboring homes. Absolutely no parking under the home, in front of our neighbors OR in an area that blocks our neighbors from accessing their homes.

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping, e-cigs, and/or hookah).

The home has 1 ring camera - in the main entry way under the house looking at the front door, elevator door and driveway - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering (covering, unplugging, etc.) with any camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

WEATHER RELATED REFUNDS:


We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Protect your trip and purchase trip insurance (cancel for any reason) at the time of booking*

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:

Must sign rental agreement.

Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.

Must submit a $1,000 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You must be 25years old to book this home and present for the entire stay.

No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.

No events are permitted.

*We also do not engage in any type of combined bookings with the neighboring homes*

LOCATION

Indian Pass is secluded so a car is highly recommended.

You are 15-20 minutes to downtown Port St. Joe or Apalachicola where you can find fantastic local restaurants, breweries and shops.
