PETS:
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we cannot be your vacation heroes if you need to cancel. We follow our policy regardless of reason so it is important that you protect your vacation investment with "cancel for any reason" trip insurance.

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).
IMPORTANT:
This is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The home has 1 ring camera - located at the front door - the device has video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund
WEATHER RELATED REFUNDS:
We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The primary renter must be 25 years old and present for the entire stay. No 3rd party bookings.
You must sign a rental agreement immediately upon booking and upload a copy of your government issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking.
Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed, ID uploaded, and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
Please note, the home has an exterior lift and golf cart on premises. Neither are included with your stay and not available for guest use.
