PETS:

The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.

Reservations will not be confirmed until all applicable pet fees are paid in full.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Remember, we don't charge extra for sunshine or refund for rain. We also do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy - please protect your vacation investment!

PARKING:

2-3 mid size vehicles max - parking is permitted only in front of house in the gravel driveway

A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first!)

No trailers or campers may be parked onsite.

Absolutely no parking in the grass, on the street, and/or in the covered front entry way of the home.

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door and back door - both devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:

Must sign rental agreement upon booking.

Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.

Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.

No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
