We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE.
Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. We do not charge extra for sunshine or refund for rain
The primary renter (person who books) must be at least 25 YO in order to book this home, per HOA requirements, and they must present for the entire stay.
Absolutely no pets allowed!
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or hookah allowed in the home or anywhere on the premises which includes balconies and patios.
PARKING:
Driveway (2 vehicles) + Garage (1 vehicle) The unit can accommodate 3 full sized vehicles parked directly on the premises. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by. Boats, trailers, mini-buses, RVs, camper trailers, etc., may not be parked in front of (or at) the house. A small trailer (for jet skis) will fit in the garage and count as a vehicle towards the 3-vehicle max.
PLEASE NOTE:
This home has routine pest control service, but you may see a critter, bug (i.e., Palmetto Bugs which are incredibly common in Florida and seek cooler climates when it is hot outside) during your stay. Please ensure you do not leave windows or doors open for any period of time and all food is properly stored in a sealed container. We do not provide refunds for bugs.
The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, garage entry door into home, and the back patio facing the yard/sidewalk - all devices are motion activated and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with (unplugging, covering, etc.) any of the cameras will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
GUESS ACCESS:
Perfectly situated within walking distance to all the main attractions - the beach, restaurants and even shopping!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You must be at least 25YO to book this property, per HOA requirements, and the person who books must be present for the entire stay.
The following must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled:
*Must sign rental agreement
*Must submit a $500 security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
*Must upload government issued photo ID and the name must match the name on the rental agreement and credit card submitted for the security hold.
No 3rd party bookings (someone booking for someone else); any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
NOTE - this is our actual home, not just another rental property. We expect all guests to conduct themselves accordingly and respect our house rules and home.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART; YOU ARE WELCOME TO RENT ONE FROM A RENTAL COMPANY DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A LIFTED GOLF CART AS IT WILL LIKELY NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE.
WEATHER RELATED REFUND - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
