"Kate’s places was absolutely AMAZING! In the words of my teenage son: “this place is sick!” - that’s a good thing if you don’t understand teenagers or the English language! Ha!

The house looks exactly as advertised. Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, everything! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beach towels, kitchen accessories, etc. It felt like we were right at home! We had no problems with anything inside the home - everything worked just fine!"

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Must be 25 years old to book.

*Please note, the main living area is on the 2nd floor and the ability to comfortably climb stairs is recommended for this property.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it
